Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

We want to assure our visitors and stakeholders that we are taking the current situation of COVD-19 seriously. Pertinently, the physical, emotional and social well-being of those in our care is of paramount importance and we have taken steps to reduce the visits and access to our home.

We prides ourselves on not only the amount of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available to the staff, but also the fact that all grades of staff practice Infection Prevention via a robust training schedule.

Staff are tested weekly for COVID and residents are tested monthly. We are pleased to say that we have, with the second wave of COVID, controlled the virus extremely well and the results of the tests are evidence of this.

We understand that you will be missing the visits to your loved ones. To reduce this stress, we have been utilising the power of technology with Skype/Zoom 'Virtual Visits' (which appear to be going down very well), alongside 'outside the window' socially distanced visits.

Please follow us in our Facebook page for more day-to-day information.

Please beware the volume of calls during these period has been very high, so please be patient with us.
